Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM (Late departures must be confirmed with the host.)
Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pet Policy

Pet-Friendly Cottages: Moody Ocean, Funky Sunset, and Beach Glass.

Maximum of two pets allowed per cottage.

Pets must remain off furniture unless using a pet sheet provided by the host.

Pets cannot be left unattended and must be leashed on the property, including the beach.
Smoking & Open Flames

No smoking inside the cottages – $200 fine for violations.

No open flames indoors.
Outdoor Fires
-
Fires are allowed in designated fire pits or on the beach.

Fires must be extinguished by 10:30 PM and fully put out before leaving the area.
Payment Policy

50% of the total is due at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 7 days prior to check-in.

Security Deposit:

$200 for Moody Ocean, Funky Sunset, and Beach Glass, and Cozy Forest.

Pre-authorized 1 day prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy
-
Full Refund: Cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

50% Refund: Cancel between 7–13 days prior to check-in.

No Refund: Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or after check-in.

Other Important Rules

Do not flush anything except toilet paper.

Return outdoor furniture to its original position before checkout.

Guests must arrange with the host if they wish to charge electric vehicles (fees apply).
